The ability to serve our residents depends on the generosity of individuals, organizations, and companies. Learn how you or your organization can help support Marian Homes.

Marian Homes receives roughly 60% of its funding from Regional Centers, nonprofit private corporations that contract with the Department of Developmental Services to provide or coordinate services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. They have offices throughout California to provide a local resource to help find and access the many services available to individuals and their families.

While state and federal funds cover basic room and board, they do not meet all of the expenses of operating the homes. For the additional 40%, we rely on the generosity of individuals and corporations that support our mission through private donations, fundraisers, and membership drives.

Organizations such as the Knights of Columbus, and foundations and cities namely ECHO Northrop Grumman, City of Anaheim, Employees Community Fund of Boeing, William H. Hannon Foundation, and the Fred & June Mac Murray Foundation have been instrumental in our success and growth.

Approximately 14% of Marian Homes funds are used for general administrative purposes and fund raising. Approximately 86 cents on the dollar goes directly to program services.
